Refund, Exchange & Shipping Policy

Refunds & Exchanges

At VYNILWRLD, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer the following options:

  • Refunds are available within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • Exchanges can be made for a different size or item of equal value, subject to availability.
  • Please contact us at goni@goni-shop.com before returning any item to receive return instructions.

 

Defective or Imperfect Items

We take quality seriously, but if your item arrives with a slight imperfection or defect, please email us with clear photos within 7 days of receiving your order. Depending on the nature of the issue:

  • We may offer a partial refund for minor flaws that do not affect wearability or overall appearance.
  • For more significant defects, we’ll provide a free exchange or a full refund, depending on your preference and stock availability.

Consolidated Shipping

If you place multiple orders and would like them shipped together, just email us at ENQUIRES@VYNILWRLD.COM with your order numbers — we’ll be happy to consolidate your shipping and refund any excess shipping fees.



Additional Info

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive your return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or we made a mistake in your order.

But we will refund your shipping cost to us once we receive it. 

 


Pre-Order Items

Some VYNILWRLD products are released on a pre-order basis, meaning they are made-to-order or ship at a later date. If you’ve purchased a pre-order item:

  • Please refer to our [Pre-Order Tracker] for up-to-date information on your item’s estimated fulfilment and shipping timeline.
  • You may request a full refund at any time before the order is marked as fulfilled from our office.
  • Once an item has been fulfilled (i.e., packed and processed for shipping), it is no longer eligible for cancellation or refund.

We recommend checking the tracker regularly and reaching out early if you change your mind. Once fulfilment has begun, we’re unable to stop the process.
